Depok, 23 Mei 2025— Untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan agama yang sering dianggap monoton oleh anak-anak, TPA Al-Ikhlas 5 bersama tim mahasiswa pengabdian masyarakat menyelenggarakan program inovatif bertema “Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Agama Anak Melalui Pendekatan Interaktif di TPA.”
Berada di tengah masyarakat yang majemuk, TPA Al-Ikhlas 5 menghadirkan pembaruan metode pembelajaran agama yang lebih kreatif dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan ini mencakup permainan edukatif, cerita Islami visual, diskusi kelompok kecil, hingga aktivitas berbasis proyek yang dirancang khusus untuk anak-anak usia dini. Dengan pendekatan yang interaktif, anak-anak lebih mudah memahami materi dan merasa senang saat belajar agama.
Salah satu hal baru dalam program ini adalah pengintegrasian nilai-nilai toleransi dan keberagaman melalui media budaya lokal. Anak-anak diperkenalkan dengan kisah-kisah dan permainan yang menggambarkan pentingnya saling menghargai dalam kehidupan sosial. Para ustadz dan ustadzah juga diberikan pelatihan sederhana untuk mengadaptasi metode mengajar yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.
“Anak-anak terlihat jauh lebih aktif dan senang saat belajar. Mereka ikut kuis, berdiskusi, dan sangat antusias ketika bercerita,” ujar salah satu pengajar TPA. “Kami juga sangat terbantu dengan metode kreatif yang diberikan oleh tim mahasiswa. Ini bisa kami terapkan untuk kegiatan jangka panjang.”
Program ini berhasil mencapai berbagai luaran, seperti meningkatnya kemampuan membaca huruf hijaiyah, hafalan doa-doa harian, pemahaman rukun iman dan Islam, serta pembentukan karakter anak yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam dan toleransi. Selain itu, kegiatan juga terdokumentasi dengan baik dan disebarluaskan melalui media sosial untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pihak.
TPA Al-Ikhlas 5 juga berkontribusi aktif dalam program ini melalui penyediaan tempat, dukungan fasilitator, dan keterlibatan langsung pengajar serta wali murid. Ke depan, diharapkan pendekatan interaktif ini menjadi model pembelajaran yang diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dan menginspirasi TPA lain untuk melakukan inovasi serupa.
